FAQ's

  • How do I place an order?

    • You can easily place an order by sending us an email at mattiemade.kati@gmail.com, sending us a message on Instagram, filling out our contact form, or placing your order directly on our website!​

  • How far in advance do I need to order?

    • Boards should be ordered at least a week in advance when possible. We understand that snacking emergencies happen, however, and will do our best to accommodate you if you need something quickly! Grazing Table requests require at least 14 days advance notice, however we recommend submitting your inquiry at least 4 weeks in advance to confidently secure your date.​

  • Can you accommodate food allergies?

    • We offer customization of boards to help accommodate a variety of food allergies. Boards can be created without meats, cheeses, and/or with gluten free crackers. That said, we work in a facility that handles a range of ingredients including tree nuts, peanuts, wheat/gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish and shellfish. As such, we can’t guarantee no cross-contamination or trace amounts of these allergens.​

  • Will my order look exactly like the boards pictured?

    • Each order is individually created which means your board will be unique to you! We use seasonal products which are constantly changing, so while we can't guarantee that your board will look exactly like the pictures on the website, we can guarantee that your board will be equally as beautiful, thoughtful, and delicious!​

Cancellation Policy:

  • We have a 3 day cancellation policy, which means you have 3 days prior to your delivery/pick-up date to request a refund. 

    • Refunds can be requested by contacting us at mattiemade.kati@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a full refund which will be received via your original payment method.

    • Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Delivery/Pick-Up Info:

  • Pick-Up - By Appointment Only

    • Free pick-up is available in Watkinsville, GA by appointment only​

    • We plan around pick-up times, so please make sure to arrive at your scheduled pick-up time (unless otherwise arranged). 

    • Unclaimed pick-up orders will receive no refund.

  • ​Delivery - Minimum Order Amount Required:​

    • Delivery available within a 10 mile radius of Watkinsville, GA for a $25 fee​

    • Delivery available within a 30 mile radius of Watkinsville, GA for a $35 fee

    • In order for a successful delivery, we must have recipient's correct contact info including full address (with suite or apartment number), phone number, and any entry codes that may be required.

    • Someone must be available to receive the delivery order during the scheduled delivery window.

    • Unclaimed delivery orders will receive no refund.
